Burger King to Debut Whopper Bar

Burger King is trying out a trendy new image for their signature Whopper sandwich. The new concept is smaller than a traditional Burger King restaurant and is updated with a more contemporary design featuring an open kitchen, chrome counter tops and plasma TVs. In an effort to appeal to new customers, the BK Whopper Bar will offer a "Whopper Topper" area where guests can customize their burgers. Special Whopper options will also be available, such as the Angry Whopper topped with spicy onions, Texas Double Whopper with bacon and jalapenos and a Rodeo Whopper with onion rings and BBQ sauce. BK expects to open the first Whopper Bar location in February next year at the Universal CityWalk in Orlando, Florida. They are also considering adding beer to the menu. Stay tuned!
