This Watermelon Is Disguised As A Cake

Is it a red velvet cake? Is it slathered in cream cheese icing? Nope. It’s a “cake” made with fresh, solid watermelon, coated with yogurt and topped with bulbous blueberries then decorated with sliced strawberries. Is it just as delicious? Yes, and I can guarantee it won’t have you regret that you chummily said, “There’s always room for dessert!”

This fresh idea, literally and figuratively, was invented by tablespoon and they give clear instructions on the best way to cut a watermelon into the shape of a cake, slices and all.
