I bet you with Valentine’s Day coming up, if you’re into celebrating that stuff, this little homemade endeavor might just end up getting you some play that night. What’s a Chewbaca Bar? It’s a creation of Miss Selma Lee, who also has more detailed pictures and instructions on her website if you’re so inclined to learn more. We’re looking at thick slices of bacon candied with maple syrup, balsamic vinegar and brown sugar, then dipped in chocolate and layered with homemade marshmallows, dusted on one side with cocoa powder and cut up into cute little bars.
