Crack Open A Brownie Baked in An Eggshell

Brownies-in-eggs

Remember trudging through tall grass, hunting for plastic Easter eggs filled with jellies and small chocolates? Well, these Brownies Baked in Eggshells are much, much better. The exquisite little darlings come from Sandeea Cocina from La Receta De la Felicidad, a site which features heavenly recipes (in Spanish).

The trick is to create a small hole at the bottom of the egg with a corkscrew, empty out the eggy contents, flip it upside down and use a piping bag to fill it with chocolate-y brownie batter, then “bake…cool, crack, and eat!”

Sunnyside up brownies for breakfast? Yes, please.
