If you’re looking for something to encourage your appetite then look away and never come back take a gander at these “Mango Fly Larvae Removal” cupcakes by Twisted Fondant. The morbid treats are crafted for Eat Your Heart Out 2013, a pop-up in London, England that goes from October 25-27, and come with a pair of gloves and tweezers to extract the little critters.

Mmm, clever and tasty. The best part is that once you successfully pull the maggot out — careful now, don’t want to accidentely pop off its head! — you’re left with mango-flavored pus.
