Oh the humanity! Oh the overwhelming cuteness washed away with a single slice! Oh the lions and tigers and bears! And kitties? Before we get ahead of ourselves, let us explain.

This past summer we introduced you to Hello Kitty Steamed Buns that were flying off the shelves at Japanese convenience store Circle K Sunkus (owned by the same peeps who run Circle K in America). We marveled over how adorable Miss Kitty looked reincarnated as a steamed bun, how dainty and darling she looked in her pink flour bow. However, the thought of actually EATING Hello Kitty never actually crossed our mind…until we saw this.
