Ultimate Dessert Pizzas
The idea of dessert pizzas may not be news to you, but wait till you see the level of execution on these two pies: Pecan Pie Pizza (left) and a Red Velvet Pepperoni Pizza (right). The Pecan Pie Pizza is made from both cookie and pizza dough and cinnamon bun glaze for decoration. The Red Velvet Pepperoni Pizza features a strawberry jam and frosting “sauce,” white chocolate “cheese,” Snickers, Rolo’s, cut-up Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups as “sausage” and red velvet “pepperoni.”
Both of these pies were handmade by our friend and talented smartphone app developer Stefano, and once he realized the endless possibilities involved with creating candy dessert pies, he couldn’t stop. Enjoy the tooth aches people, process documented below:
