How To Make Deep-Fried Fruity Pebbles ICE CREAM BALLS

Post Cereal just released some ice cream-flavored Fruity Pebbles, but without actual ice cream, they’re kind of just a tease.

Nick Chipman of Dude Foods fixed that problem by deep-frying some vanilla ice cream and covering it with the new Fruity Pebbles cereal.

He started off by freezing his ice cream. Wait, I skipped a step. He scooped out vanilla ice cream balls and then threw them back in the freezer to harden. He then went through the usual deep frying process as Chipman dipped the ice ream in egg wash, sprinkled Fruity Pebbles all around and dropped them in the deep-fryer.

Everything tastes better deep-fried. You can now add Fruity Pebbles ice cream balls to the list.
