This State Fair Just Took Baby Back Ribs And Deep Fried Them

It’s fair season, which means that everything and anything is fair game to be battered and deep fried.

While we’ve seen a good amount of crazy things deep fried at fairs, such as Slim Fast Bars and Starbucks Coffee, the Minnesota’s State Fair is taking things to the next level by deep frying bbq ribs.

Ball Park Cafe is the culprit that will be taking smoked baby back ribs, breading them, frying them and serving them with BBQ sauce on the side.

An early taste test seems to have gotten the approval of a local radio show so far:

The reviews are in, and the new ribs are irresistible. Just ask Keri Noble.

Unfortunately for Minnesotans, their fair doesn’t start until August 27, so they’re gonna have to wait a couple months to get their hands on these deep-fried baby backs.
