This Burger King Whopper Had 700 Pickles And Weighed Almost 4 Pounds

Burger King has always said we can have it our way, and sometimes it leads hardcore customers really testing those limits. The latest example comes from Japan, as a writer for RocketNews24 walked in to Burger King with 9,000 yen (about $75-80) and walked out with a massive Whopper, loaded with over 700 slices of pickles.
The pickle tower weighed almost four pounds and the Burger King staff had to tape together a bunch of burger wrappers just to keep it all together.
The writer and four other staffers tried to tear through this monstrous burger, but no one was ever really going to eat all those pickles.
You might be wondering why they’d go to such an extreme, but there’s no need to make sense of it. Just appreciate it for the art it is. Kind of.
This isn’t the first time the Japanese site has tested Burger King’s audacity, as in 2012 they took a similar approach while ordering a Whopper with 1,050 bacon slices, and later a burger with 1,000 cheese slices.
At least we know that Burger King is down for its reputation, no matter how silly, or overexaggerated the request.
