Craving: BBQ Sandwich Plate

Sometimes, when I’m just relaxing, I’ll suddenly have a hankering for a full on barbeque plate. Melt in your mouth meat on a warm bun, baked beans, macaroni salad or potato salad (preferably a mixture of both!). Yee-haw! (That’s what she said)

It’s big. It’s baked. It’s chock-full of sausages. Not sure what it is, but it was originally coined the Baked Sausage Breakfast Thing, but has since found a more suitable alias under “Toad in the Hole”. Looks good regardless!
