Slater’s 50/50: Chili Cheese Frito Burger (Burger of the Month)
Orange County, CA noisemakers Slater’s 50/50 have just unveiled their new burger of the month for January 2011: The Chili Cheese Frito Burger. This year should prove to be quite interesting for the popular So. Cal restaurant. Their introduction of a half ground beef, half bacon patty (the “50/50”) has been well received, to say the least. Even IHOP recently released their own line of half bacon, half beef burgers dubbed “The Bacon ‘N Beef” burgers.
