IMG_0408

Coming up this Sunday, August 25th – Bobby Navarro of 100eats.com and the non-profit dedicated to chef artistry Inspire Artistic Mindsbrings PIGOUT 2.0  to Southern California. Labeled as a ‘pig centric social,’ 15 chefs from around the region will bring their best pork dishes to the table (hah, literally) including this Pork Blood Pasta with Blood Sausage from Broadway (pictured above and last) and this fragrant-spiced Pork Pâté paired with tart cherries from Haven Collective (below).

Participating kitchens include Broadway by Amar Santana, Juliette’s Kitchen and Bar, A Restaurant, The Attic, Hopscotch Tavern, Pizzeria Mozza, The Cheese Shop, Arc Restaurant, Little Sparrow, The Cannery and Haven Collective. In addition to the food, 10 bartenders from the region will also be preparing craft cocktails to help you push down the six pounds of pork — just in case you had a few iotas of extra space left. But you won’t.

The #FOODBEAST Crew will be there in full force, so come say hello and pickup some stickers.
