Dunkin Donuts Jumps on the Pretzel Train and Launches New Pretzel Roll Roast Beef Sandwich

Not one to miss out on a trend, Dunkin’ Donuts now has their own pretzel fixin’ on the menu: the limited-time Pretzel Roll Roast Beef Sandwich. The new addition will feature a pretzel roll with slices of roast beef and white cheddar cheese covered in Dijon sauce. The pretzel bun is also available as part of any DD bakery sandwich, such as the Turkey, Ham & Cheese, etc.

Dunkin’s new item hints at the chain’s continuing push to venture beyond their breakfast market and into the lunch and late night crowd. The move also follows Sonic’s Cheesy Bacon Pretzel DogWienerschnitzel’s Angus Pastrami Pretzel Dog, and Wendy’s Pretzel Bacon Cheeseburger in fast food’s perpetual quest to provide contemporary eats.

Caramel Coconut-Dunkin-Donuts

A new line of caramel coffee offerings will also join the menu, including the Caramel Coconut Iced Coffee , Caramel Turtle, and Caramel Almond.

These items are all fine and dandy, but we’d enjoy them a lot more if we could have some cronuts Donut Croissants for dessert. So what say you, Dunkin’? It’s about time you brought these “New York Pie Donuts” stateside.
