Little Caesars New DEEP!DEEP! Dish Pizza is not an April Fools’ Joke Probably

Just 54 years into the insta-pizza game, carry-out guru Little Caesars catches on: Starting April 1st, the DEEP!DEEP! Dish pizza will be premiering nation-wide, for just $8 +tax. The name is a play on LC’s iconic two-for-one deal, aka the PIZZA!PIZZA! chant at the end of every commercial, ever, and boasts a Detroit-style pizza with crispy crust achieved by a baking tray coated with olive oil.

Says Little Caesars Pizza President and CEO, David Scrivano:

“For more than 50 years, Little Caesars has been all about pizza. When we set out to create a new deep dish, we wanted it to have an incredible taste, epitomize quality, and fit the tremendous value and convenience Little Caesars is known for. Whether you’re a Little Caesars Pizza fanatic or trying our pizza for the first time, I think you’ll be impressed by our new DEEP!DEEP! Dish pizza.”

Also, because the best part of any square pizza, like a brownie, is the corner, the DEEP!DEEP! Dish pizza is actually two pizzas, so you get eight corners instead of just four. Which, if you weren’t keeping track, is eight more crispy, crunchy corners than your average pizza. So. You know. Winning.
