$38 Limitless Caviar Now Offered at Las Vegas Buffet

It’s the stuff of frou frou dreams: The Buffet at Bellagio now features an all-you-can-eat caviar station that’s included in the $37.99 price tag for its lavish dinner. First introduced back in February, a Bellagio press release announced that every Friday and Saturday during the hours of 3:30 pm to 10 pm, buffet guests could enjoy “some of the world’s finest caviars alone or as complements to a selection of freshly prepared traditional dishes.”

According to the Las Vegas Sun, after a few weeks of “testing the water,” the bottomless caviar bar is now a permanent feature to the Bellagio Buffet. If you happen to be in Vegas this week (lucky you) and pop into the Bellagio for dindin, expect to see salmon roe, black Amercian sturgeon caviar and red flying fish roe on the menu.

While the buffet does boast limitless caviar, in order to avoid over-eager patrons from filling their plates, chefs serve guests portioned amounts on blinis and petite waffles with chopped egg, red onions, chives or crème fraîche.

“We do have some people who come up with a bowl and want us to fill it up,” Frank Ortiz, assistant buffet chef, noted. “But we like to respect the integrity of the dish.”
