Hamburger Helper Sushi Rolls are the Anti-New Year’s Resolution

Hamburger Helper Sushi

You know how we like it at Foodbeast — drool-worthy, heart attack-inducing, and glorious hotmesses of fried goodness. (See: Chili Cheesy Bacon Dog Chimichanga.) So what’s the latest tasty concoction? Hamburger Helper Sushi Rolls. Say whaa?!

The folks over at Taste for Adventure came up with what could be the coolest way to eat good ol’ dinner from a box. It goes something like this: Use the Hamburger Helper as sushi rice, set down a few green beans as the filling and roll up in plastic wrap. After the cheesy burger log is frozen for a few hours, it’s time for the best part — coat the thing in . . . wait for it . . . crushed up potato chips. YUP.
