Here’s How to Make the Bacon-Weaved ‘Steako’ Taco
This is the stuff that only the most dedicated carnivores dream of. Luckily, Reed of Cooking with Reed had the vision to make “The Steako” happen.
The idea for the all-meat taco struck him when wanting to combine the three most important things in his life: “bacon, steak, and tacos.” The actual recipe is meat-loving innovation at its best. Your average taco shell is replaced by a slab of steak held together by bacon weaved through the steak, while the filling features a unique conglomeration of beef, cheese and, yes, more bacon.
Oh, and did we mention the whole thing is cooked in its own bacon grease? You can never get enough.
