Fresh Griller, a new QSR concept launching out of Orange County, CA, combines a Chipotlian aesthetic and ordering structure with a variety of specialty menu items and flavors (spicy Aji verde, Wasabi Ranch to name a few) to help distinguish itself from the competition. Bottom line, the quality of food for the price point is something worthy of check out for those in Southern California.

The structure is pretty simple.

1. Pick Your ‘Style’: Bowl, Salad (Kale or Romaine) or Wrap
2. Pick Your ‘Sizzle’: Chicken, Steak or Veggie
3. Pick Your ‘Stuff’: White Rice, White Beans, Veggie Blend, Brown Rice, Ginger Pico de Gallo, Sweet Pepper Medley, Kale Slaw
4. Pick ‘Sauce’ (where the creativity shows): Wasabi Ranch, Sweet Chili, Spicy Aji Verde, Teriyaki, BBQ, and Balsamic Vinaigrette
