McDonald’s is getting better, but Papa John claimed the top spot.
The Papa John’s.com Bowl pep rally got underway Sunday, December 28, 2008 with thousands of fans from North Carolina State and Rutgers taking to the streets of Five Points South for the evening street party leading up to Monday’s football game.
