Glowing Sushi That’s Safe to Eat
Glowing sushi?!? That’s some intense molecular gastronomy right there. The sushi shown above was made using transgenic zebrafish, known in pet stores across the nation as GloFish and according to the Center for Genomic Gastronomy they are perfectly edible. Although it looks awesome to the eye, I don’t know if it’s particularly appetizing to the palate. There’s something about glowing food that just says BACK AWAY!
