Daphne’s California Greek Adds Grilled Herb-Marinated Shrimp to the Menu

As part of a mission to offer healthy food that doesn’t sacrifice taste, Daphne’s California Greek restaurants has added a series of Grilled Herb-Marinated Shrimp to their menu. Grilled Shrimp definitely fits the mold of the brand’s name change from the previously known Daphne’s Greek Cafe to Daphne’s California Greek.

The new protein on the menu involves a marinade combining garlic, paprika, and spices and is available across three new products: Mango Shrimp Salad, Classic Grilled Shrimp Pita, and a Shrimp Combo that includes two sides and a beverage.

The new Mango Shrimp Salad ($9.29) clocks in at less than 400 calories, and features grilled shrimp, fresh hand-made mango salsa with a hint of smoky chipotle flavor, mixed greens and feta cheese with a balsamic hummus dressing (pictured below).

The Classic Pita ($6.99) is filled with grilled shrimp, chopped Roma tomatoes, lettuce, red onions and Daphne’s Classic Greek dressing (also available with crispy shrimp). The Shrimp Selects Combo ($8.29) enters the menu like Daphne’s other combo meal options, including a skewer of grilled shrimp served with your choice of two sides, pita bread and a regular fountain drink.
