This Is Why Coffee & Tea Are Amazing For You [INFOGRAPHIC]

As a personal coffee and tea addict, every time I see some pro-coffee propaganda my journalistic integrity flies out the window and I decide it’s important to share with the world. There are tons of interesting facts here to tide you over until the next piece of compiled information will lead you to believe coffee and tea are the reason we’re all dying.

Did you know that the average coffee drinker has 3.1 cups per day…or 70 gallons a year…or enough to fill a bathtub.  The average American drinks 155 cups of tea annually…and Green Tea is full of antioxidants that may help prevent many types of cancer, including breast, lung and stomach, along with preventing arterial clogging, warding off heart disease and reducing the chances of a stroke.

Are you sold yet? Don’t get crazy though…remember, everything should be done in moderation. Drinking 10 gallons of water sounds like a good idea, but it could result in drowning if done in one sitting.

Here’s the rest of the goodness for coffee and tea drinkers. The sources are listed at the bottom. Until the next debate:
