Is McDonald’s Testing Soup?

A sign spotted outside of a Virginia McDonald’s leads us to believe certain locations might be selling both Campbell’s Chicken Noodle and Broccoli Cheese Soup for $1.99. No word if this is just a seasonal product (makes sense), or if its just a regional test item, but the menu addition is mighty interesting.

If these soups aren’t currently offered at your local McDonald’s, do you wish they were? If you’ve tasted them, do you like them? Speak on it!

Not the first time McDonald’s had has soup. Its been in and out for years. In fact I made the soup 25 years ago when I worked at a Cincinnati location that was test marketing it

When I moved to VA. in the early 90′s they had it and the Broc & Cheese is yum! Being able to get soup from a drive-thru on a cold day can’t be beat.
