Tiger Eats Cow Sandwich [VIDEO]

So what happens when you sit in a three-hour class and you skipped breakfast? You create the Tiger Eats Cow Sandwich. With some video help from my friend Alun Lee and fellow Foodbeast writer Brian Yamamoto, I was able to create the sandwich that swam around in my head all through lecture.

This sandwich consists of two Tiger Tail donuts from The Donut Man held together by frying eggs and used as a sandwich bun. Then it’s topped off with a sunny side up egg, bacon, pepper jack cheese, red onions, Portobello mushrooms, and cilantro.

Then, a sirloin steak was put inside.

In honor of Peanut Butter month, a special garlic-peanut butter sauce was added to the sandwich. Never has anything been so satisfying.
