Hershey’s is helping customers directly this holiday season with the launch of Cookie Headquarters, your definitive destination for all your holiday baking needs. The site includes a live Twitter chat entitled Cookie Chat where you can get some expert advice from professional Hershey’s Kitchen bakers.

Baking enthusiasts will also be able to post questions and feedback regarding recipes and baking tips in order to hash out some of the hectic parts of baking during the holidays. The website’s twitter live chat is available from 9 am to 9 pm EST weekdays and 10 am to 6 pm EST on weekends for customer convenience.
