Deep Fried S’mores

The offspring of a young man who is overcome with separation anxiety with his deep fryer — Deep Fried S’Mores.  What was the goal of our friend Nick‘s experiment? He wanted to overcome his issues with regular s’mores and the graham crackers falling apart upon the first bite, ending up with chocolate and/or marshmallow all over his fingers.

The quest included high hopes of the deep-frying process softening the graham crackers, and ultimately creating a wrapper around the entire S’more with the egg roll wrappers. The conclusion They tasted great, the graham crackers softened up — the only alteration that could be made would be the addition of more chocolate and marshmallows, considering you are doubling up the carb part of the dish (by adding the deep-fried eggroll wrapper).
