Deep Fried Poutine

Our friend Nick is one of those guys who spends his time in the kitchen making things that make us go — hey, why didn’t I think of that?! That’s the same thought process that swept my mind when I saw these Deep Fried Poutine sticks.

As if Poutine wasn’t unhealthy enough, he took the normal ingredients of french fries, cheese curds, gravy and egg roll wrappers, made them into neatly wrapped sticks, and sent them into the deep fryer. You’re welcome for those cholesterol points, it’s what we’re here for…I guess.



Elie is a product of Orange County, CA. In early 2012, his dentist diagnosed him with 8 different cavities, three of which on the same tooth, as a result of his 23-year Sour Patch Kid addiction.

    As a Canadian I must tell you that real poutine is made with Beef gravey, I don’t know what kind of gravey you used but it doesn’t look very good. It needs to be a dark brown gravy. The cheese curds look correct, though.
