Carne Asada Steak Fries

Get your happy face on! We’re looking at crispy steak fries, layers of cheese, chopped Carne Asada, a heavy dollop of fresh homemade guacamole and pico de gallo throughout. Our friend Gaby’s recipe is so easy to put together even the most unenthusiastic kitchen user can get this dish put together. I like the idea of baking the potatoes with a nice seasoning, makes me feel a little less guilty about eating a “Carne Asada Fries” dish. Eat on!
