Chunk-n-Chip Cookie Truck Reveals an “Elvis” Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich
The gourmet traveling cookie slangers of the Chunk-N-Chip cookie truck recently unveiled their Elvis Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich, an award winning food porn piece of art. The sandwich features two exquisite peanut butter cookies as the bread, filled with banana foster ice cream and a serious dosage of warm candied applewood smoked bacon.
Chunk-N-Chip won the Best of the Fest award in the Sweets category at yesterday’s OC Foodie Fest for this crazy recipe. Claudia Gonzalez from the Chunk-N-Chip team tells us that, “the bacon has a bit of a kick to it.”
