Dunkin’ Donuts Launches In-Store K-Cup Single Portion Packs
What’s a K-Cup? I’m not going to be pretend to be pretentious and act like I didn’t Google an answer to the very question I prefaced this post with. A K-Cup is a sealed airtight coffee package with a built-in paper filter, ground beans, measured out and ready to brew a single cup of your desired flavor of coffee. Inserting a Dunkin’ K-Cup portion pack into the machine and a mug under the spout, with the touch of a button, you should have freshly-brewed Dunkin’ Donuts coffee in the span of a minute.
The K-Cup single portion technology comes by way of a partnership by industry leader of ‘mini-brewing’ – Keurig – and comes in a 14-count carton with five different varieties: Original Blend, Dunkin’ Decaf®, French Vanilla, Dunkin’ Dark® Roast and Hazelnut. Available now at participating Dunkin’ locations.
The K-Cups, which are meant to be used with the Keurig Single-Cup Brewing system, will be sold exclusively through participating Dunkin’ Donuts locations. The suggested retail price on a 14-count box is $11.99.
