Cajun Shrimp Guacamole

Inspired by a week spent in New Orleans, our friend Gaby came back to her kitchen with a hankering for a NOLA inspired Guacamole. The shrimp are hit with a Creole spice blend of paprika, celery, sugar, garlic, black pepper, onion, oregano, red pepper, caraway, dill, turmeric, cumin, basil, marjoram (you’re gonna wanna hit the store), rosemary, and thyme. The result was a smooth guacamole dish with some deep, Creole flavors — perfect for that summer get together! (Recipe @ What’sGabyCooking)
