Wendy’s Unveils a New Berry Almond Chicken Salad
With sunny weather in full swing (sorry kids still taking finals!), the fast food giants are stepping up their summer-friendly menu for those craving something a bit lighter. McDonald’s is currently pushing their Frozen Strawberry Lemonades, Malibu Rum just released a 70-Proof version called Malibu Black, and now Wendy’s has revealed a brand new Berry Almond Chicken Salad. Gotta love summer!
The salad features blueberries, hand-sliced California strawberries, sea salt roasted almonds, romaine and iceberg lettuce, grilled chicken and shaved Asiago cheese. All-natural fat-free raspberry vinaigrette rounds out the salad’s offering, which is currently available at all Wendy’s locations nationwide.
