Cast Iron Grill Humidifier

It took me about three double-takes before I realized the significance and over-all charming utility brought forth by this pre-seasoned cast-iron grill humidifier. Advertised as a perfect companion piece to grilling “moist and tender” meat and seafood with “amazing results”.

By filling the slender cast-iron boxes with the liquid of your choice (water, beer, wine, juice, etc.), steam is released during the grilling process, adding moisture, and infusing your food with flavors normally unavailable without the humidifier. It also supposedly keeps your meat naturally tender.

The unit comes in a pack of two, with each hand-wash-only cast-iron box measuring11¾” x 1A¾” x 1½”. Is your grilling game ready? ($19.99 @ SurLaTable)
