The friends over at the Food in My Beard have been on a serious Red Velvet tip as of late. Just a few days ago, we witnessed them encrust entire Chicken Tenders into the delectable cake batter, dubbing the result Red Velvet Battered Chicken Fingers. The recipe calls for a carefully precise recreation of Red Velvet batter in a form that won’t fall apart as soon as it hits the deep fry stage.
