Mini Peanut Butter and Jelly Cheesecakes
Cheesecake is delicious. Peanut butter and jelly is delicious. It’s only a proper to assume that a Peanut Butter and Jelly Cheesecake would be delicious as well. In the photo above, we’re looking at a crust made of crushed Nutter Butter cookies and sugar, peanut butter cheesecake batter, Smuckers strawberry jam and topped with peanut butter frosting and a little ball of jam on top!
