St. Patrick’s Day Irish Coffee Brownie Cupcakes
St. Patrick’s Day week is in full swing, and it’s time to round up those delicious recipes. This one is a fancy-schmancy original out of Stef’s corner, taking the deliciousness of an Irish coffee cupcake that’s coffee-flavored, spiked with whiskey and topped with chocolate whiskey cream cheese frosting and inserting a delicious brownie core. There’s more than meets the eye…that’s definitely what she said!
Elie is a product of Orange County, CA. In early 2012, his dentist diagnosed him with 8 different cavities, three of which on the same tooth, as a result of his 23-year Sour Patch Kid addiction.
