Red Velvet Funnel Cake

Here’s a shot of a Red Velvet Funnel Cake dish from our friend Rusty’s recent trip to the Florida State Fair. From his commentary, it resembles a regular funnel cake but uses red velvet cake batter in place of the normal batter and is covered with icing as opposed to powdered sugar. The consistency is a bit more dense and should be sure to weigh you down into your evening. Looks good though!
