Time for some more introductions in the lovely Food Truck game, today, we’re looking at a dish from the Southern Mac & Cheese Truck based out of Chicago, IL.  This plate of Sun Dried Tomato & Caramelized Onion Mac & Cheese has got my visual taste-buds (located in the eyes, duh) doing hand stands and somersaults.
