Reports from KTLA are surfacing that a gunman stormed into a Duarte, CA El Pollo Loco restaurant wearing a President Obama Halloween mask. The robbery occurred Tuesday night around 9:45 p.m., which involved the suspect tying up the employees and stealing a large amount of money from the safe. KTLA also mentions that this was the fourth time this particular restaurant has been robbed, with this incident resulting in $4,000 being taken by the gunman.
