Mini Halloween Oreo-Filled Cheesecakes

Cheesecakes the size of cupcakes are always my cup of tea, because I don’t have to get into the dynamic and diet-filled-self-induced-psychological-warfare of whether I should eat an entire slice or not. This time around, we’re looking at mini cheese cakes utilizing Halloween Oreo cookies, cream cheese ingredients, and orange gel food coloring.
