Applewood Bacon Wrapped Red Wine Butter Fish
Definitely looking like one of those fancy dishes, never the less this plate looks mouth watering! The type of fish they are using is a cut of Sea Bass which has been roasted with chilean! Applewood bacon outfits the fish alongside red wine butter and lentils! I am pretty sure I have converted some fish haters into trying this dish! (Thx Anita Szocs)
