Cheeseburger Filled Steamed Buns

This is what happens when the ultimate American classic meets Chinese steamed buns. I had some mixed feeling about these at first, but the more I contemplated over it the more and more I wanted some. Just think about it, the textures the steam buns on that first bite and those juicy flavors that the hamburger and cheese will give once you hit the middle. Sort of like a blow pop in the sense of having a good center, but way way better. Not hating on blow pops or anything. (Thx TFIMB)
