Yes, believe your eyes. the latest feature from the Kogi BBQ truck, we’re looking at what they’ve dubbed the “Un Big Mac”. First layer is lined with grilled jalapeno, short rib and cheese with the second layer stuffed with spicy pork and more cheese. Both mulitas are bound together by a layer of sour cream and salsa roja, all of which is on a…wait for it…sesame seed…wait for it again…tortilla. Game, over!
