Burger King: New $1 English Muffin Breakfast Sandwich

Underpricing McDonald’s for similar items has been a recent tactic of several fast food burger chains. This time around, we’re looking at Burger King as they begin to rollout a new BK Breakfast Muffin Sandwich. An English muffin, sausage patty, cheese and egg pressed down for a limited time only at for just a buck. Tentatively scheduled for a March 22nd release, we’ll keep you guys up to speed as more information comes out regarding this sandwich! (Thx GrubGrade/BurgerBusiness)

    Just saw the commercial over the weekend and tried this on the way to work this morning. It is a GREAT sandwich! I mean, as far as breakfast muffin sandwiches go, it's only beaten in terms of taste by Winsteads. As far as price, $1, this is tops! The muffin is light but not thin-sliced or “sqwooshed” flat. It's also not greasy like McDonald's McMuffin. This is my new value breakfast staple. I highly recommend it! Go out and eat it so it becomes a permanent menu item. Go! It's still breakfast!
