Craving: Kogi BBQ Shroom Quesadilla
When you’re looking to get serious on your quesadilla game, you know the folks over at Kogi BBQ always have a nice twist to hold you down. We’re looking at a crazy shroom-filled fiesta with caramelized mushrooms, grilled gailan (chinese broccoli, and some mystical salsa azul (blueberries, ginger and garlic), all in a crispy, cheesy quesadilla. Yum, yum, yum!
