Not sure what’s qualifying as a sandwich now-a-days, but everything we’re looking at in this picture is edible, and it sure is clever! Made with smoked salmon and dark rustic rye, all floating on a bread stick raft that is held together with chives. I’m sure Tom Hanks would be proud! (Thx InsaneWiches)
