Today was the day of the taquito. Well actually since I’m posting this at 2 o’clock in the morning, it was technically yesterday but same difference. Regardless, I had shredded beef taquitos twice today from Alberto’s. Covered in melted cheese and perfect guacamole and so cheap. They sound so good right now, it’s a good thing that Alberto’s is open 24 hours and I have one across the street from me.
