In our effort to bring to light more food trucks that are out there, we come to you with news regarding a new truck on the block…the Buttermilk Truck! This particular truck claims to bring homemade breakfast favorites to the streets of Los Angeles using their key ingredient BUTTERMILK, in almost all of their menu items! Maintaining the same appeal that have made other trucks successful in the past, they will be making themselves available by catering to those who are too busy to make breakfast or those who crave breakfast after a long night of debauchery with their friends. All of their Buttermilk biscuits, assorted breakfast pastries, pancakes, waffles and donut batters are all made from scratch and cooked to order. Sounds delicious to me, and lucky for you Los Angeles citzens, they’re debuting their truck at The Brig in Venice from 8-11 p.m. today (Wednesday, November 11th).
