Toasted bun, coconut lime chili spread, short rib, spam, grilled mushrooms and onion cilantro lime relish. Someone slap me, because this looks absolutely delish. This is Kogi BBQ’s latest feature and who knows how long it will stay on their menu, but somehow I would like to try it! Guess I may have to hop in a long ass Kogi line again!
